Possible Reasons
Solutions
1. Fluidity of powder in the tube is not good.

1. The air pressure is insufficient. 2. The perforated plate is blocked. 3. The powder gets damping, agglomerates or is too heavy.

1. Repair air compressor and circuitry to enhance air pressure. 2. Check whether the perforated plate is blocked by unclean air. 3. Check whether the bottom of fluid bed is blocked by plastic plate or other foreign matters. 4. Loosen powder and fluidize it with dry and clean air.

2. Powder in the tube begins to delaminate according to thickness. 1. The powder amount is too much. 2. The powder is too thin.

1. Remove part of powder until the place at 2/3 of powder tube under fluidizing state. 2. Reduce the amount of reclaimed powder. 3. Check the granularity of new powder.

3. Reclaimed powder is polluted.

1. Mesh screen of reclaimed powder breaks. 2. Powder or dust dropped off from conveyer belt or rack. 3. Workpiece brought in spray booth has been polluted. 4. Pollution from surrounding air.

1. Repair or replace mesh screen. 2. Termly clean conveyer belt and spray paint booth. 3. Check cleaning workpiece. 4. Insulate spray booth district and the room with air filtration in which the temperature is adjustable is the best.

4. Powder in the spray booth dusts off.

1. There's fault with reclaimer. 2. Extreme-trace filter screen is blocked. 3. The air quantity is too large that the powder supply is too rapid. 4. The spray booth is too large.

1. Clean or replace equipment parts. 2. Reduce the number of spray gun or the powder quantity entering every gun. 3. Insulate the spray booth and decrease air flow.
